Started training again today.. ur probably wondering wut i'm training for but to tell u the truth.. i don't fuckin know. i just feel like challenging myself and most importantly, bettering myself. i didn't smoke today. didn't eat fast food. hydrated a lot like i was back in boot camp. i'm gonna get that summer beach body again dammit!. i'm cheating tho by taking shitloads of supplements so if u see me on a roid rage, don't mind me... just back the fuck up! :)
i need to control my emotions. working out helps a lot. try it.
